Project update: two more bandanas made and all patches sewn on.
... ugh. I forgot to take note of the settings for the patches. They were _perfect_! And I know at least two more that I will (eventually) need to apply.
Oh well, that's good for one day. I need to avoid another 12 hours of sewing in a 24 hour period.
Twelve bandanas done, although I need to wait for patches. So project number two is done-ish.
Next up: skipping to number 4, gift bags, since there is a request to have those early.
Shirts were done last week, forgot to post. So Project Number 1 is done.
On to kerchiefs, but I gotta see if there is an easier way to do the rolled hems.
One month to a Scout event, 4 projects all unstarted. Time for a thread of shame/support/accountability.

Man, it's been a wild ride:
Wife broke her ankle a couple weeks ago. I've been playing mom and dad and caregiver since.
She had surgery Tuesday, had to be admitted that night for pain management.
Was in lots of pain yesterday. Our son can't sleep because he misses her AND he's teething his molars, so he slept in bed with me... Which means HE slept
Now, wife's getting discharged and we're going to pick up kittens.
And only 6 weeks until the second baby comes!
it has been a very long time.
But, deep breathe,
I will be at the Lexington ComiCon this weekend.
If you are in costume stop by for a shot or 2., I 'll be the long haired guy with the camera out front taking shots of cosplayers. Can't miss me.
I'm not sure if I can handle it yet, so no table, no commerce, just a show, just make it through the weekend. Relax, Its not even that large of a show...

my Month 1 back with Weight Watchers. it's been up/down and that's normal and natural. i'm very happy with my weight end of this month esp with how much i'd gained at times. doing this in a healthy way. Month 2 to add in more walking/exercise! #igotthis #weightlossjourney #weightwatchers
