ISSB, the International Sustainability Standards Board, has announced that it is moving closer to implementing climate-related disclosure standards in 2023.
While this doesn't sound very spectacular, convergence on one global reporting standard could be a useful step towards transparency and comparability of sustainability reports. Hopefully, it will also help in curbing widespread greenwashing.
