Before you log off today, ask yourself one thing:
Did I spend more time reacting or leading this week?

You don’t need more hours.

You need more clarity, more priorities, and less chaos disguised as urgency.

✨Protect your energy. Prioritize what matters.✨

Embrace the “AND”. It's hard. Growth takes discomfort, failure, intention, support, and balance. Balance:Reality vs. dream, urgency vs. patience, practicality vs. innovation. Give your whole self the oxygen to grow. You deserve it.

One of my favorite Game Of Thrones quotes is from Tywin Lannister: “Any man who must say, 'I am the king' is no true king".

It’s so applicable to ANY form of leadership.

People know who they are willing to follow regardless of any title granted formally.

If you need you to take measures to constantly remind people that you are in fact the leader, know that you already lost the room (and the plot) a long time ago.

When metrics become the goal instead of guiding insight, we lose sight of what really matters: people, purpose, and progress. In the world of People Analytics and Employee Experience, what you reward is what you reinforce—intentionally or not.

What a day when the mothers just get a moment and in the words of @gymhooky - Pause for a purpose.

hosted an amazing event that transformed a moment into an experience. And I was so honored to be a part of it.

Sometimes you need to ask if you got typecast at the table. If you did you’re likely even less effective than you were outside of the room. Impact should always be the goal.

If you are silent at the table you may as well just be silverware 🤷🏽‍♀️

✨ Slowing down is powerful because it helps us reconnect with ourselves, recharge our energy, and prepare to show up fully for the week ahead. It’s not about doing less — it’s about making space for what matters. ✨

Here’s what I did to slow down today — how about you? 🌸

✨The employee experience isn’t about chasing happiness—it’s about building systems that set people up for success.

You were designed to be bent so that you cannot be easily broken.

You are being rebuilt.
You are seen.
Rest. Then keep going.

The best and most effective leaders I've worked with were those unafraid to admit what they didn’t know something and asked questions to genuinely deepen their understanding.

Ego doesn't drive excellence. It only pretends to be excellent.
