Both of the comic book heroes that Ben Affleck touched had to undergo some amount of rehabilitation by another actor (and the team behind them and the production itself) to repair the damage done to the character. I'm sorry that Zach Snyder lacked so much imagination that "Edgelord Batman" was the only variation he could come up with.
Fortunately, what followed demonstrates his folly. Robert Pattinson's turn at Bruce Wayne and Batman in THE BATMAN (2022) was:
a) substantially different than what came before
b) fucking awesome
c) far more CROW than depressingly sad #Batfleck cosplaying as walking talking #Cybertruck

Devastated doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about this.
#KevinConroy was an absolutely incredible artist who brought #Batman alive in the animated series which was my childhood - as well as the #BatmanArkham games which are my all time favourite games. He managed to show the characters depth, struggle, anguish, sense of duty, commitment, and responsibility to #GothamCity as well as pesonifying the phrase #IAmBatman.
A truly great loss in the #ComicBook world and at only 66 years old.
