We've a Bangladeshi-run shop at Mayfield - usual everything imaginable, plus a butchery, huge fish in the freezer, and so on. The Vietnamese butcher (decades-long) got sold (the oldies retired and the kids said 'nah') that quickly turned into a (yes, yet another) mini-mart. The dollar shops are doing fine, but one (Pinoy) is turning into an Asian food shop, while the other (Viet) has a huge range. The French bread shop (Viet of course) is now run by the kids and played thumping music on Christmas and NY filling the otherwise dead main street. There's even more, but the list would be too long.
