If I had a wishlist for a new evolution in #Titanfall, it would be an exploration of how Titanfall’s PvPvE game modes that make pilots feel as superpowered as they should and Titans feel as intimidating as they are can be merged with #Battlefield’s or #Helldivers’ large-scale objective-based combat. Like, maybe, MAYBE they can innovate again like they did with the multiplayer in all 4 of the aforementioned games, but to pretend that Titanfall’s David vs Goliath mechanics have been explored to their fullest potential and that F2P hero-based/open-world shooters haven’t sounds like an epitomized fallacy to me.

Y’know, I have no doubt that #highguard will be a quality #FPS, but knowing that the devs at #WildLight Entertainment are the geniuses behind the #CallofDuty4, #MW2, and both #Titanfall campaigns and they went on to make another #F2P hero-based extraction shooter is just so disheartening.

I tried #DMZ, uninstalled it in 30 minutes. It’s still shit:

- You get ran over on spawn
- Full of campers
- Boring missions
- Nobody rescues
- Plethora of unresolved bugs
- 5 minutes to find a match

The game mode had zero support since #ModernWarfare2, so it’s practically dead. ☠️
