It doesn't help when your main character is less interresting than Hengewomen #2 (one of the Bloods, pick one they are both great).
At least dead best friend's (who's personality is annoying pared with zero self awareness) brother manages to have less charisma than RiRi (Dominique Thorne). I don't wonna say she's a miscast as I honestly don't know how you can give life to the character as written.
The character is basically a tech bro of the self-righteous sort.

The cast, at large, did very well. However the smaller the part the better the performances.

The scripts were horrible and the "twist" anyone could see from 10 miles away.

Also it always sits badly with me when the entire conflict in a show is fully avoidable if people would communicate like grownups with each other. I call that lazy writing.

Disclaimer: I haven't touched any marvel print publication since 1991 and Chi has never read Ironheart so we purely judge what we've been seeing on screen.

Chi and I got around watching "Ironheart"
The good thing was Shea Couleé as Slug stealing every scene they were in.
Rampage (Eric André) for all the 3 minutes he was on.

The bad... well everything else.
Sure there have been some funny moments like the MIT "AI" using clippies brother pencil but everything else especially the "tech speech" (can we please stop lining up terms that make no bloody sense next to each other it doesn't make anyone look smart it makes the writer who came up with it look like a fucking moron) and building a combat suit out of damn car parts... gurl plz 🙄
Don't get me started on the explosives. There at your set is at least one person who knows explosives how about go up to 'em and ask 'em how that stuff works and if a scene makes sense.

Just binged #Ironheart on Disney+. Why all the hate? It's typical Marvel, nothing new or unique but it was entertaining enough. Loads of reviewers idolising Tony Stark - forgetting he was a mysoginst who liked to joke about prima nocta etc. Just because he's a cute billionaire doesn't make it ok.

Anyway, Ironheart is an easy watch 5/10
