Ich liebe Itoki Hanas Stimme so sehr.
Sie lässt mich in eine Traumwelt einsteigen und fühlt sich so wundervoll auf den Ohren an. <3

Since #JMusicFriday is going themeless, I'm thinking about trying to explore stuff people may be likely to have never heard. Or at least to try to. That or just share stuff I like. 😁
Here is a really great cover by #Hanatan that I bet a lot of people haven't heard before: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kT53JuX0VOg
I guess y’all are familiar with Moon Pride by Momoiro Clover Z, but my favorite song by them is “Nippon Egao Hyakkei”, ending to the anime Joshiraku which I have never even watched. It just has such a fun energy.

And this week I'm even bring up some Jmusic !
"Shirayukihime" by Flower means Snow White (lit. Princess White Snow, if I'm not too rusty), so that tracks, right ?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_P-_X_b2CmE
But wait, there's more :
🎶 In this pure white snow
Before, you avoided these flowers, but if you get used to it
,I'll be able to wait for you until forever
What more do we need in this world where everything is colored with white snow
Are you avoiding this ? It's vividly blooming🎶
This #JMusicFriday has a theme of "joyful." I definitely don't have a lot of stuff that is absolutely joyful, so instead I'll post an advertisement.
If you buy these pillows, you're definitely guaranteed to have joyful dreams probably maybe.

You know, I do believe this is the least heavy heavy metal I've ever heard. New musical term: alloy metal.
So this #MoodMusicMonday has a theme of "remarkable" and I don't know, I guess I just sort of wanted to share this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40dJS_LC6S8
On the one hand, it's very ordinary. This is all of us. Even the message itself seems unremarkable. We live in the mud, try to bloom despite it. But the way it's said is kinder and more meaningful than just that to me. And there is no denying it's remarkable when one actually does manage to do it.
Well, anyway, that said, I guess it's also remarkable that he can hit those notes like that. Don't even ask me how.

While I'm sharing, my absolute favorite Wagakki Band song of all: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5zj3dwNxJw
Darn the guitarwork on that one... Both the lead and the bassist were on fire on this. No, that's not fair. Every instrument was positively on fire in this one. And the whole group got to play out samurai battle fantasies, lol. Well, I should say shounen anime battles.
This was after avex bought them and they got big, so it definitely had a budget.
This #JMusicFriday has a theme of "Only in Japan" which at first I wasn't sure I had something quite suitable and then I remembered something just great. Duh. Wagakki Band! They've become a bit of a visual kei in recent times and honestly my interest has dropped off, but initially they formed as a group doing a very unique blend of styles as they made some covers of other songs. A bit of a classic Japanese yet modernized. The singer does enka, yet really spices it up. There is a shakuhachi player who I'm betting learned traditionally first, and they even have a shamisen and a koto! The guitars may not sound Japanese, but are also extremely well done. (Both lead and bassist.)
But MAN did they rock it up!
Say, while I'm on Minami's music, I wonder if anyone here might understand "main actor" better than I do. I always felt like I wanted to understand this song more. Especially I'm curious if it's possible to tell what the character seems to be mouthing at the end of the MV. Anyone here have any thoughts on that?
And this one just for fun all around. Darn Minami is good...
Here's a song for all you pun lovers:

Also it's just plain catchy.
