I'm back on the Jack Kerouac trail today, with the next book in my reading of his Duluoz sequence: "Maggie Cassidy", from 1959. Again, this is a book I read in my first flush of discovering his work but most likely haven't re-read in decades; and certainly, despite knowing what it's about, I remembered none of the detail at all.
It always makes me proud to love the world somehow – hate's so easy compared. #JackKerouac
