Two questions for those with some knowledge of Australian law:
Is it a crime under Australian law (whether federal or state) to incite the commission of #WarCrimes and/or #CrimesAgainstHumanity?
Would enthusiastic public advocacy for the Commonwealth government to (openly)* join the wildly illegal #WarOfAggression launched by #Israel + #US forces against #Iran (including celebrating the deliberate targeting of civilians)** be prima facie evidence of such a crime?
Since Australia has still not arrested #JohnHoward for his crimes in helping to launch an earlier disastrous war of aggression 22 years ago, I'm not holding my breath here, but I would like to know whether/which laws are being ignored when (for instance) a high-profile weapons lobbyist urges the federal government to commit illegal acts by joining this latest war of aggression (completely unauthorised by the UN Security Council).

**The 10+ scientists assassinated (often along with their families and neighbours) by Israel's initial strikes were civilians. Israel has openly admitted, even boasted, that these individuals (non-combatants under #InternationalLaw) were specifically targeted with overwhelmingly lethal force.
