Whelp, my Juicebox EV charging station has been cut loose. No more software or hardware support for US customers.

Juicebox residential charging stations were incredibly popular in the US. They were manufactured by eMotorWerks (a California company) starting back in 2013. eMotorWerks were acquired by Enel in 2022 and it has been a slow but steady slide into #enshitification since then.
