So, I want to talk about a thought that crossed my mind, I will be taking a brief break (a day off) then we can discuss more, but one thing I think about all the time is what #TFG handling of #Covid actually was.

So, I was actually in the financial sector when #Twitler was prez in 2019. And I was there when the #bonds saw their first dip in a long time. Now this is commonly seen as an indicator of recession, and major ones at that, so it was clear that now that Twitler's actions were actually starting to be felt.

The point is, a recession was going to happen under his presidency, regardless. But then covid came.

It hit the gas and cause mass panic, and pushed the economic system off a cliff. But since most people didn't know about the news regarding the bonds... It also gave twitler something he didn't have, an excuse.

You see every bad thing he did was basically given a "See it's not my fault, it was covid" card.

The trade wars? Covid
The tax cuts? Covid
The continued stagnation of wages? Covid
Worsening health? Covid.

I truly believe that covid was actually his get out of jail free card. Because it covered for his shitty rule. Covid was the best thing that could've happened for the bastard.

But, now there are no excuses, when he fucks up, and he will, it'll be all on him. That's why not giving up on democracy is more important than ever, that's also why he is trying to kill it. So our goal, after protecting our communities, right now is that. #JustAThought

So I was in the shower earlier, and a thought occurred to me. Why do they make cars that are capable of going miles/kilometers faster than most speed limits? What's the point in having a car that'll go 200 mph/kph if you can legally drive that fast pretty much nowhere? Take the average speed limit of a North American Freeway, and maybe put governors on their engines so they can only go 20 or 30 over that average. You can put your foot to the floor and 20 or 30 over the average speed limit is all you're going to get. It would solve a lot of problems that way. #JustAThought

Games like this are not inclusive. Anyone with certain divergences is going to a) interpret the questions very literally, and b) have a hard time interacting directly enough that they can get the answers, and the nerdy/geeky Barcamp catchment (much the same as EMF and similar events) is very much skewed in that direction.

"I voted for Hitler because I wanted to shake up the status quo"

is dumber than

"I lit myself on fire because I was feeling cold"
