Please be informed, the Shuttle Tebrau services mentioned above have been cancelled due to the rescheduling of train operations.

Passengers affected by the cancellation can request a full refund through KTM Wallet by cancelling the tickets using KTMB Mobile App, online or at the KTMB ticket counter.

KTMB apologises for any inconvenience caused.

KTM Berhad is announcing that the ticket sale for February 2024 journeys on some train service will open on 30 August 2023.

The international Shuttle Tebrau service will start ticket sale from 10:00am, while the domestic ETS and KTM Intercity services will start ticket sale from 12:00pm.

This is to support the expected demand for Federal Territory Day holiday on 1 February 2024 and Chinese New Year holiday on 10-11 February 2024.
