Daily #SteveKimock. Another great sit-in. This time, great guest appearance by Terry Haggerty of the #SonsOfChamplin. If you don't know the Sons, do yourself a favor and check them out-Terry is one of the pioneers of #fusion guitar. Yet another Ray no-show :-( but this one is still super hot.
Daily #SteveKimock. When Ray was a no show Steve called Jimmy Herring to fill in. Some years later I happened to see Jimmy at the Miami airport and struck up a conversation. He remembered the gig well, and was particularly impressed that the band gave him a full cut of the take for the night.

Daily #SteveKimock. #KVHW. Probably his most commercially successful act, with Alan Hertz on drums, Bobby Vega on bass, and ex-#Zappa singer Ray White. If I’m not mistaken, this show at Studio E was their first public performance.
