Firma LG Electronics ogłosiła wprowadzenie webOS Hub 3.0, najnowszej wersji swojej platformy telewizyjnej przeznaczonej dla producentów zewnętrznych.
Zaktualizowany system wprowadza funkcje oparte na sztucznej inteligencji oraz nową technologię System-on-Chip (SoC), która ma zapewnić wyższą wydajność w porównaniu do poprzedniej wersji. Platforma webOS Hub 3.0 będzie początkowo dostępna dla telewizorów UHD z odświeżaniem 60 Hz. Od lipca jej wsparcie zostanie rozszerzone o modele UHD 120 Hz wyposażone w technologię mini-LED.
Do głównych nowości w webOS Hub 3.0 należą funkcje oparte na sztucznej inteligencji, takie jak rekomendacje głosowe obsługiwane przez ThinQ AI, poprawa jakości obrazu z wykorzystaniem sieci neuronowej oraz funkcje dźwięku AI, które redukują hałas i poprawiają wyrazistość mowy.

Dla graczy przygotowano nowy Gaming Portal, który integruje gry w chmurze i aplikacje webOS, pozwalając na ich uruchamianie bez potrzeby korzystania z zewnętrznej konsoli. Portal uzupełniają funkcje Game Dashboard i Game Optimizer.

Es geht bei meiner Frage nicht um eine Bewertung des BGH-Beschlusses, sondern es gibt ähnliche Konstellationen beim OLG und auch LG. In der Regel wird doch von Richter:innen erwartet, sich von einer einmal eingenommenen Haltung distanzieren zu können- vorliegend scheint im konkreten Fall der BGH Zweifel daran zu haben.
Weshalb wird also nicht konsequenterweise immer vor einer anderen Kammer, oder einem anderen Senat eröffnet?
