Palestine Action activists occupied the roof of Permoid metal factory in Durham to try and stop what they say is the production of ammunition boxes for Israel.
This comes just days after a Palestine Action team cut through fences and broke into the same Permoid Industries metal factory of Newton Aycliffe near Durham, entering the factory to damage machinery and weaponry, and remove private documents.
The group claims that Permoid have shipped more than a thousand munitions containers to the Israeli arms industry, at least 920 of which went to Israel’s biggest weapons maker, Elbit Systems.
Elbit Systems strongly denies Palestine Action's claim that the company is involved in the making and supply of weapons to the Israeli army.

You'll have to pay attention for this one. Why is #Netanyahu and his gov. protecting a Arab gang? The short answer would be that he wants this war, and with that his political life, to continue. No matter what everyone says.
It seems counter productive but these kind of things often are. I've heard about this for a while now, and it was hard to choose what angle to use. Ripping of food convoy seemed the best international angle. But pending your point of view I could have chosen: culture of rape, gang like tribunals or the miraculous 'escape' from Israeli prison of it's leader. For now all rumours.
