That was #Labor ‘s electoral strategy to successfully get into office. Unfortunately, it seems that #AlboPM and his Cabinet believe that the only way to hold opn to govt is ‘more of the same’. I have to say, I am dubious about the quality and rationality of the thinking behind this doggedness to hold on to a once winning formula, especially with the #LNP ‘s continuing slide into political irrelevancy. That’s not the labor party I voted for.

There was a simple process in the APS. The big wigs (political appointees) hired consultants to do the job the APS could do, if they weren’t so busy. The consultants, consult with the big wigs about the job they want done. It is the sine qua non of all consultancies to give the customer exactly waht they want for the most money they can extract from them. Given that the big wigs know fuck all about ‘exactly’ what it is that is needed, the results are doomed to fail from the start.
