While #AI might (unecessarily IMHO) need more cheap power (and water), 'zonal' charging will bring Scottish power costs down from being the highest in the #UK, and pretty near the top in Europe despite installing more #renewable power generation than the rest of the UK. It might also show the value of Scotch [sic] resources and help the cause of #ScottishIndependence.
