After a week of feeling dread, depression and anxiety before sleep, I changed back to my routine of exercise but I also added my SAD light to the mix. It's been a very dark November/December here. I hope you're all doing well, wherever you are.

I have to say that this cold is quite odd. Back chills, fatigue and low appetite. I have the back chills before, stronger than today but not ALL day. No fever but I'm cold all the damn time. Cranked up my heat pump to 22. I'm a hot sleeper but last night I managed to keep my heavy blanket and two comforters on top. Something new, for sure.
Yesterday I installed Mouse Without Borders, loved it but no VPN when it's live. This morning I learned that all you have to do is restart MWB on one PC and it instantly connects to the other PC. Makes life a lot easier.

My kids laugh because I'm always picking up stuff that's sitting on the sidewalks in my 'hood. My choices depend on who lives in the house that the stuff is in front of. (Grammar!) This morning I picked up a Bluetooth speaker, didn't know what it was until I got home. Connected to my Mac Mini via BT and here I am enjoying Steely Dan's Peg. It's not perfect but at least I'll be able to edit audio now. Yes, the Mini has a speaker so now I have to choose the best.
