LinkedIn shitty emails achieve new low with "puzzle games". I never use Linkedin. I have unsubscribed from every email list. I never engage with the platform, unless a colleague sends me some post they shared. I then use cookie blockers. But now they think my prof status matches these incredibly shitty games. This so called world professional platform is the best example of enshittified user data farming.

I always watch with interest when there's a movement to leave a particular capitalist, centralized social media platform.

Today it appears folks are considering leaving LinkedIn because they are/will be demanding PII for proof of age.

And while I applaud the movement, I always wonder "What took you so long?"

LinkedIn has abused their users for years. Why is the current enshittification enough to prompt activity, whereas past enshittification wasn't?

I shared a screenshot of a fediverse toot that reads "If you heard me say 'User', it is only a reminder that we arel humans and no one is perfect". And on the linkedin post I added the text "In the age of dehumanising AI we can help make it more personal again.

Then after posting that LinkedIn came with the following recommendation: "Promote this post to the people who matter to you". And with a big Boost button besides it. So here I am boosting this again. :)

Aber alter: 99% AI (davon 80% slop) postings.
Mindestens so schlimm, wie shrimp-Jesus auf Facebook. Da würde ich mir lieber die bekloppten „mindset!“ Apologeten der traditionellen Quasselkasperkaste von früher reinziehen. Was fürn Dreck. 😄
