Speaking of moving from Alpha to Beta release status, I can report, that I've bashed together the beginnings of new installation media, and it actually boots!
It doesn't do anything else, but at least it boots!
1. Imbolc is here, the days will get noticeably longer from here, and things are starting to grow!
2. Did a workout for the first time in ages 💪
3. Had a whole month of reading a short story first thing instead of going on my phone!
Assembled 3 IKEA things yesterday. It was very mindful rather than stressful and even more so once I had my books and films in alphabetical order! An end to chaos.
Two more to go so may do one tonight if I have the energy.

Even though I've been using #Linux as my primary OS for like 20+ years now, I feel like it's just been the last few years that I've really started getting to a more advanced understanding of things under the hood, and I still get excited when I have a problem and Im able to sort it out without having to resort to asking for help in forums.

I’ve been journaling my daily work using Logseq for the past year or so. It has transformed how I work. It’s a log of the little wins I’ve tackled, notes on what was the route to success, and links to where the solution is, whether that is a Confluence doc, a PR on GitHub.
It is also a “memorium pool”, I no longer have to stress about remembering things. It has a powerful note linking mechanism that is automatic, I can find related notes easily and visualise how they are related to each other.
If something comes up during the day, I can tag it as /TODO and it will add that note on a calendar view so I can quickly glance if I have things I need to take care next week.
Give it a go. Remind yourself you win every day. Remind yourself that things do take time. Remind yourself that what you do today matters.

Ms18 bumped the door mirror on the car, breaking the indicator and shell. It's one of those with all sorts of electrics in it. Panelbeaters did the whole "oooh this is going to be expensive" and wanted $1400 to rectify.
I sourced the parts and just fixed it myself, total cost under $400, and it is mint. Better still, it all works.
