The Labour Party is now that really persistent guy online who won't take a hint no matter how many times you tell them "I am not interested in this."

Anna-Marie Gs eu @anna-marie.bsky.social - 10h

However far down this path Starmer's Labour choose to go it will never
be far enough for Reform types.

Better to stand up against them and call out their rancidness.
Reform UK is a sickness spreading in this country. To make the UK
better, you must first be better than this.

Doubling down and telling what remains of your vote to 'fuck off' twice as hard is VERY SMART

Steve Cornforth @stevecornforth.bsky.social - 11h

I'm sorry but you dont halt the alarming shift to the right by following
Farage. If it wasn't for the refusal to remove 2 child cap, the winter fuel
payment and benefit cuts, Labour would have comfortably got those 6
votes in Runcorn.

Speaking of Boring and Predictable, how the Greens are never in the news as much as Reform are.....we get the bias lads, thanks....but it's your futures too, and you'll never be rich enough to escape the Trumpian nightmare Farage is promising.

Up here in the far north it was the Labour vote that collapsed. Johnston offered us Levelling
Up, and some schemes did follow, like the Newcastle to Ashington railway. But Labour has
cancelled the AT upgrade, refused to fund the Tyne Bridge repairs fully and has no narrative at
all about how it's going to improve the prospects of people who live in places like Stanley or
Ashington, nor the smaller pit villages around them. Billions more on Thames crossings and the
Oxford Cambridge corridor is a story that adds vote upon vote to Reform Up here. A vision on
how to level up England / the UK is deperately needed and soon. Up here we understand our
lives through stories and Starners refusal to have one is very, very stupid.

Actually, Kemi is not saying she's 'sorry' about being the shit leader that she is, she's just sorry other people have lost their jobs for reasons which are not related to her in anyway, let her be clear....

Not a single lesson learned by either leader here, just a stubborn refusal of reality and a double down, like we haven't all seen where this goes.

It's so tiresome....

10h ago Badenoch says 'I'm sorry" after elections rout - as

0811 Starmer vows to ‘deliver’ for voters
After the rise of Reform UK, the leaders of the two major parties have come out to
acknowledge the rejection voters handed them, and set out what they plan to do
going forward.
Kemi Badenoch has penned an op-ed for The Telegraph in which she apologises
to Tory councillors who lost their seats.
“I'm deeply sorry to see so many capable, hard-working Conservative councilors
lose their seats," she wrote. "They didn't deserve it - and they weren't the reason
we lost.”
The reason, she wrote, is that 14 years in government and a devastating election
loss last July "had sapped morale and resources from Conservative headquarters”
She also pointed out that they were fighting the election from the 2021 Boris
Johnson, post-vaccine high
But Badenoch insisted she is “making progress’, however - saying the party "has
stayed united since | took over".
She said these resuits showed "the scale of the work needed to rebuild trust in the
Conservative Party and the importance of redoubling our efforts to show that this
party is under new leadership and is doing things differently”.

And as we can see from Starmer's pledge not to change a single damn thing, just double down and push harder, the end of the Duopoly seems not so remote now.
This stubborn refusal to listen to anyone but the Right Wing Press, a gooey eyed fascination with the Fascist abomination in the White House and complete indifference to human suffering....it's not a vote winner guys!

The significance of these wins, added in with the big gains for the Lib Dems and
Greens, cannot be overstated. It speaks in a serious way to anew era of politics in
the UK, in which the decades-long duopoly of Labour versus Conservative is
crumbling with the rise of the other parties.

Starmer won't understand this because he thinks everyone (who matters) LOVES Margaret Thatcher

4hago Starmer "reaching unpopularity levels of Thatcher’ in Xx
1408 Labour stronghold, says MP
By Faye Brown, political reporter
Liverpool is a northern city that dislikes Margaret Thatcher more than most.
But Sir Keir Starmer is "becoming more unpopular” than even the divisive former
Tory prime minister in the traditional Labour stronghold, one of its MPs has told
Sky News.
an Byrne, the MP for West Derby, said Reform UK will be a "huge threat” to
Liverpool in the local elections in 2027, when the city next goes to the polis.
He said years of austerity" is driving the surge in Nigel Farage's popularity and the
government needs to reverse some of its recent spending cuts.
Byrne said: "I we don't roll back on policies which harm those most struggling after
years of austerity, we will roll out the red carpet to Reform.
*Starmer is reaching the unpopularity levels of Margaret Thatcher in Liverpool and
the failure to grant a Hillsborough Law was the final straw to many in my city."

Watch Labour replace Starmer with Wes Streeting and then collapse.

Funny as it all is, we get British Trump in four years and as a Queer Man I know the great British Public will look the other way like they do in America. I know what cowards we are.....and as I minority I cannot afford to 'ride it out and hope for the best'

Fix Labour or fuck off.

Thago Labour MPs ‘feeling dismayed, demoralised and

16:00 shocked" after local election rout, says Harriet Harman
Baroness Harriet Harman has said that she is detecting some *wobbling’ among
Labour MPs after the results of Thursday's local elections.
Speaking to Beth Rigby on Sky's Electoral Dysfunction podcast the former Labour
deputy leader said that since the party was elected in July, there has been "a great
deal of loyalty to Keir Starmer from the new MPs, and a great deal of political unity"
that survived policy decisions like the cuts to the winter fuel allowance and
disability benefits.
But she continued: *| detect now more of a wobbling than there's been so far. *
She said that although the new MPs have been reading the opinion polls and
would have seen this coming they have had to confront the reality of the voters
that welcomed them with open arms last year now rejecting them.
*“Ithink that has destabilised a lot of MPs, but not in any particular direction,”
Baroness Harman said.

Lib Dems had a great Local Election, Labour did not.
Genuinely think Starmer is a thick cunt who is the last person in the room to get the joke

Keir Starmer wrote for the Times that he would not blame the local election
results on the “same old excuses”. “I get it,” he wrote. “Uncontrolled
immigration, sewage in rivers, failing local services: I feel the same sharp
edge of fury at the way our country has been let down as people who voted
on Thursday night do.”

But in a warning shot to Starmer, Ed Davey, the Liberal Democrat leader, said
it was wrong to “pander” to Reform.
