(for those that didn’t see my last post this is the 8GB model from an old hardware test I did for a job. It was bought then rejected bought by the company because it came with 8GB instead of 16GB. I forgot I had it until now.)

Ooooh I have a #m2macbookair with 8GB of RAM that didn’t meet test requirements at my old job… should I throw #archlinux or another minimal #linux distribution on it?

@podcast I have a Lenovo, from which I'm typing this reply & love it. This machine has 1TB SSD storage & 16GB of ram.
It has the ability to change the way the function keys behave by using the FN escape keystroke, though no #screen-reader feedback is given when you do this. You'll know it worked if you test it & no longer need to hold down the fn key while pressing Alt f4, for exampple. The keys feel like those on my #m2MacBookAir & this machine also has a numpad.

Anyone else using an M2 MacBook Air and running into memory issues? I get them constantly even when using just Safari with one tab open. #M2MacBookAir
