#Grap, créée en 2012, et #Caap, créée en 2021, couvrent la région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. #Mache, créée en 2025, couvre un périmètre de 200kms autour de Nantes (Pays de la Loire).

La #mache ! une valérianelle, de la famille des Valérianacées, famille cancelled rangée depuis avec les Caprinoïdes, qui incluent donc... les valérianes.
Valeriana officinalis ne vole pas son nom, on l’indiquait pour guérir tout et n’importe quoi jusqu’au XIXème. Dans ses usages réels, la #valeriane est avérée sédative et #anxiolytique (et comestible). C’est déjà pas mal.
Et c’est pourquoi on en cultive encore au XXIe siècle, notamment dans la région de #Vivy, dans le Maine-et-Loire
Mais de quel #Légume racine de saison sommes nous donc les feuilles ?
Les gens ne nous mangent habituellement pas alors que nous sommes parfaites sur une pizza avec de la #roquette, en salade avec de la frisée ou de la #mâche, et le top c’est en soupe mixée avec de l’ #Ortie, de l’ #Oignon, de l’ #Ail et des #PommesDeTerre et un filet d’ #HuileDOlives bien sur !
