With Quickbooks and other software services, each one uses screen readers that allow a person who can not see the visual elements to input the proper information into the Balance Sheets, statements of Cashflows, Income Statements, preparing invoices, and all Tax forms, etc. If you know a blind person who is trained in accounting, bookkeeping, or tax preparation, I highly urge you to hire them, because they can provide the same quality of service a sighted person can, just in a different way. This is probably going to be a longshot, but I want to get an idea of what its like to be a #accountant from the #Blindness prospective. I have heard that #Blind accountants exist within the profession but I'd like to ask some questions about how this could work and how successful I could be.
