At this point in the series, it's actually pretty easy to test for a Changeling - just take a blood test.

#Martok actually forced Sisko to do that in their first meeting #TheWayOfTheWarrior, though I guess after this episode, that version of Martok was now meant to be a Changeling in disguise.
