Recently™, I've been experimenting with my new-ish #Wista45 SP #FieldCamera. The process of shooting #LargeFormat in #4x5 is a daunting task, slows you down to a crawl, and offers more pitfalls and ways to screw up your exposure than I'd ever imagined. Still, it is probably one of the most exciting ways to shoot film.

Recently purchased a #NikonF4, and what's the best way to test it? Take some pics of other cameras, of course.

This means that my quest to get an example of each 1-digit Nikon Fs is 50 % complete!

✅ All speeds work.
✅ Light meter works.
✅ Hot shoe and PC-sync for flash work.
✅ LCDs are clear (mostly).
✅ A fvcking joy to use.
❌ Manual focus for a cheeky self-portrait is still tricky. Oh well!

During my annual raid through the family's camera and film treasures, I also rescued an #Agfa Isopan F from an Agfa Clack box camera.

The film spent the last 50+ years in that camera. 🤯 It's mottled to hell and back and there are hardly 4 images on it, all underexposed to shit. BUT I managed to get at least one somewhat interesting scan from it.

I miss my old #darkroom, but if the stars align, I will rebuild it in 2025. Keep your fingers crossed for me 🤞
