Stray Cat Rock: Wild Jumbo (1970), the second Stray Cat Rock pinky violence movie. Starts as a lighthearted juvenile delinquent film, becomes a heist movie and takes a very dark turn. Fun to see Meiko Kaji in a lighter role. Not a bad film.

I was actually looking for the recent release by #MeikoKaji (see the post I just boosted) & got sucked into the amazing selection of #WeWantSounds re-releases. Kept myself to three CDs, but 2 were only available on CD... meanwhile, enjoying Alice Clark’s phenomenal music. While a bit different, some of it reminded me of a party at a Motown-record collector's, that a blizzard turned into a lock-in.
