I think one of the greatest things about never having had a film of The Silmarillion is that we never had a Melkor/Morgoth locked into our heads by visual images.

I posted that amazing Morgoth painting by Wisesnail the other day.
But this one by รlvaro Fernรกndez Gonzรกlez has been my main head canon Melkor/Morgoth for some time now.
And you know what? I think they actually 100% complement each other!
Within a few seconds of looking a this I knew it was up there in my top fan interpretations of Melkor/Morgoth.
I like to to think that under the armor, he very much like this. Wisenail did an amazing job!
