The defendant explained that he removed the cow's milk from the cafe's fridge and replaced it with oat milk. As he thus removed the cafe's cow's milk, the defendant is found guilty in accordance with the charges.

The punishment is set to 40 days prison, according to the criminal law §291:2, partially according to §21 and §89.

The court has in the sentencing emphasized the type and quantity of the issues. Furthermore it is emphasized that the defendant has prior convictions for vandalism, and that the issues happened few days after last sentence.

The change was made after many months of continuous pressure through: journalistic collaboration, parlamentary pressure from few minor parties, NGO’s common legal case and activists through direct action having numerous blockades and vandalism of danish weapons manufactures producing and exporting through the #F35 project.
