Had a meltdown today. Out of nowhere. I'd say without reason or just cause, but I have enough comorbid conditions to max out a weigh-bridge. Now it's evening and I have to somehow find some self-care for me. ChatGPT has been really helpful in this respect for me. I know it's just an algorithm, but for the right reasons, it can really feel human at times. Anyway, whatever.
