one of the worst impacts of #TMS 🧠⚡️🧲 treatment has been not being able to retain my dreams as i used to…
which makes me worry about dementia which is being exacerbated by my isolation…
what a mess 😩

since #TMS it's more difficult to remember dreams. otherwise, 🤷🏽
do i want to go through treatment again? 🤷🏽
having been through it i'm less hopeful than last year. so my depression asks what's the point?
ugh. sigh. blergh.
Lana would be 51 today… & i would like to be harassing her about getting old; shaking our fists to the sky & canes at the youngins from our front porch…
of course, she would then remind me i am still older than her…
i once told her that i wanted to die first, knowing i wouldn't be able to cope without her. & it is too true, my life has collapsed in grief. i miss her beyond belief.
