Pozdě řadí nahoru, pozdě podřazuje, zbytečně podřazuje, zbytečně zrychluje a zbytečně pak hned brzdí, na dálnici trochu šňěruje. Ale je to v něm. Vnímám, o co mu jde, a vím, že se do toho dostane, takže jsem ho nekritizoval, spíše jsem obecně mluvil o tom, jak co funguje, o energiích a setrvačnostech, o Luboši Lacinovi a tak.
Hlavně se učí koukat kolem sebe a mít přehled, co se děje kolem auta. Na zpáteční cestě už jsem pozoroval víc přírodu a možná bych i usnul.

As January is mentoring month, I am trying to promote this. There is a page on the Debian Wiki dedicated to mentoring within Debian and the wider FLOSS community. There surely has to be more projects that perhaps offer some sort of mentoring type system to help new contributors for example.

畢竟後來每次就是 30 分鐘，累積起來還真的不少。但更重要的是，這些數字背後代表的是 60 多個不同的對話、60 多個不同的情境，以及我對這種作法的重新理解。
