At level 9-10, we've probably outgrown the difficulty level of the game, as we've been nigh untouchable. Doesn't mean we didn't have fun - there was one incident where I raced someone else to open a locked cupboard and we both whiffed it, and a third person ran in and did it with us looking on😆 Very silly and lots of fun. My mook companion Boris Johnson didn't get killed for once. Probably because he's got -1.5 inches move and never got anywhere. Might have to convert him to being a wheelchair user. Because he's Boris Johnson and will abuse any privilege he can, the blustery bastard.

Some very budget miniature gaming over the weekend to test out a new-to-me ruleset.
The rules didn’t quite work, going to test out other rulesets but might have to develop a hybrid set instead.

#School #WarhammerAlliance and it was anti-Warhammer evening (free-for-all) so I brought a #Mordheim Arena variant for the students who have yet to know the joy of #Wargaming.
Of course, it being Mordheim, I had to explain every dice roll because there are so many, but I had them go at each other one on one and they had fun!

Played two higher level scenarios of #RangersOfShadowDeep with some mates. It was hilarious but boy the baddies' dice were on FIRE. The second scenario did not leave a single companion standing, and two of five rangers went down!
Edit: also, my mook Boris J got his leg busted, so with missing toes and a bad leg, he's now down 1½" of his original 6" movement. If you have a medieval wheelchair STL, HMU

My Proxxon Thermocut arrived and I used it with great enthusiasm and reckless abandon. Prepped some #Terrain structures for #TrenchCrusade. Got some bricks for #Mordheim in a zen exercise, too!
Also played a game of #BloodBowl Sevens against my buddy Chris, who brought splendid Ogre models. Much fun was had with dice!

Finished these stupid models for the school #WarhammerAlliance. I don't like them because they are flimsy and some will flex all over the place when you even touch them. Like everything out of the GW stable these days they're also incredibly convoluted.
Anyway, the students are going to have fun with them, and that is what counts.
