Just got my first NO after submitting mortgage application for my nonprofit.

We own the building. But we purchased it at a heavy discount. Some lenders use the purchase price as a base, which would do us NO favors.

I am tired.

Tired of researching where the money could come from, tired of requirements...TIRED.

My credit is very good. For now...
But it's definitely taken a big HIT this year.

ABD'de mortgage faizleri 3 ayın en yüksek seviyesinde: ABD'de Mortgage Bankalar Birliği (MBA), 16 Mayıs'ta sona eren haftaya ilişkin mortgage verilerini açıkladı.
