Yesterday afternoons Knit and Natter gathering was small but perfectly formed, half a dozen die hards who didn't have prior Christmas commitments 😃
Last night charity shop Christmas get together was just lots of us making fools of ourselves and having a laugh 🤣🤣 Some of the ladies had organised a little play, and silly games.
Back to the shop this morning then a lazy afternoon finishing off my Christmas cards for hand delivery, and then a little reading 😀

After visiting Mum yesterday morning, we enjoyed a leisurely day with pub lunch.
This afternoon I have Knit and Natter it will be lovely to catch up with everyone 😁
This evening the charity shop Christmas get together, 🥳🧑🎄 it's a chance to meet fellow volunteers, many of whom I don't see as we tend to stick to certain days.

Well that was the weekend, welcome to Monday.
Spent most of yesterday morning tidying and sorting yarn 🧶 again. Then on to crochet,
cos I'm using really chunky yarn the cardigan is growing rapidly, I just hope the chunky yarn doesn't prove too heavy and unforgiving to wear!

Happy Thursday to you all, early start today Mr DT is dropping his car off at the garage for a once over before his MOT next week 🤞
Visit to Mum went ok yesterday, she's finally had the dressing taken off the leg she hurt when she fell a couple of months ago, it's healed really well.
Seeing Mrs S and Bobby was good, I actually got a cuddle from my grandson 🤗
I'm going to book club this afternoon I'm really looking forward to seeing friends and chatting about our latest read.

Yesterday was as productive as I'd hoped, I managed to get all my yarn 🧶 into storage boxes which have gone into the fitted wardrobe in the spare bedroom 🎉 There's a bit of stuff to sort out, but we can easily find space for it.
There's plenty of room for more storage boxes 😁 so I can now look for more yarn 🧶🧶
