@jonty it wouldn’t be this bad if candidates didn’t:
- ignore the requirements of the role
- use ChatGPT during the interview like we don’t notice
- hide important details that could affect their suitability to the role
- have three other jobs already
- pad their CV with passing awareness acronyms
- rewrite the CV for a specific job opening
- self score their skills
- list udemy courses as qualifications
- always try for the job one notch above their skill

It's a very, very confusing market, mainly because of all the conflicting news coming out of the White House and the uncertain geopolitical ramifications of all of this. I think most people are just taking a wait and see attitude. I don't think there's a lot of animal spirits out there. And that's really pretty much that.

In having chosen #JDVance, #ConvictedFelonDonaldTrump gave platform 2 someone who believes he will b replacing #tfg as prez (either during, if elected, the '24-'28 term should #DonaldTrump die in office or as probable #Republican prez nominee in 2028). At this point, #Vance doesn't care what Trump thinks. He will keep pushing his own agenda, in line w/ #Project2025, basically ignoring him. Along w/ #Kamala, Donny→caught between rock & hard place. That's why he's in constant meltdown
Mere speculation here, but..It's like he's subconsciously trying to cover it up, as if trying to message #Putin that he doesn't agree, but will accept it because he doesn't really have a choice.

Unpopular opinion: Britain's Got Talent should be limited to people who actually live in Britain - otherwise it doesn't make sense.
It's like letting greyhounds enter the Grand National or cats enter Crufts ....
When a non-Brit wins it's basically saying 'Britain has NO talent so we had to get a ringer in'.
In the first place, I heard that many users of Tumblr left due to the ban on erotic content. In the end, Tumblr seemed to self-destruct. Many male users left the scene. It's not limited to social media, and it may be unbearable. If eroticism, which has become a part of my private life in my own country, is completely banned.

Je ne suis pas d'accord avec le fait qu'il ne faudrait pas avoir une trop grande consommation : je n'arrête pas de le remplir, ça marche du 🔥 . En revanche je suis d'accord, il faut un peu de carton de temps en temps (surtout en été, je trouve).
Et pour recouvrir le tout, je retiens l'idée du vieux T-shirt ; moi j'utilise depuis le début un tapis de brosse rotative de chantier (un grand modèle), que j'avais retaillé.

This is a sign that somethings up. I don't know what, but Matt needs to take a beat and a breath and not be so hostile to people who have helped making WP what it is today.
You don't have to pretend to be a minority in order to stand out. I think real minorities want to be free and undetected.
Minorities do not need discrimination or prejudice to hold them back.
