Треск клавиатуры, раскалённый алюминий iMac, сервер с NVMe под столом — и вместо хаотичных чатов рождается фабрика: сообщения влетают в MTProto-порт, а выходят уже как закрытые сделки в CRM и слоты в Google Calendar. Pyrogram-юзерботы работают на пользовательских сессиях, не помечаются как bot и схватывают даже низкоуровневые события ReadHistoryInbox; клиент уверен, что переписывается с менеджером-человеком. Каждый бот — отдельный процесс со своим .session-файлом. При старте он тянет «паспорт» личности из БД: желаемый тон, выбор эмодзи, фирменные прощания. Динамический системный промпт собирается на лету из company_profile, sales_steps и текущего контекста сделки, поэтому один и тот же код обслуживает десятки брендов и говорит на их языке. Сообщения сначала проходят сенсорный слой: батчинг, дедупликация, чистка эхо-цитат; это сокращает вызовы к LLM на 75 %. Далее семантический слой (GPT-4.1-mini) вытягивает имя, телефон, стадию сделки и возвращает JSON-патч. Сверху рулит метакоординатор в духе Global Workspace Theory: несколько гипотез «соревнуются» за центральную сцену, наружу выходит лучший ответ, а promise «предиктивной кодировки» даёт мгновенную реакцию. Всю механику держит self-hosted n8n: 43 узла без SaaS-ограничений. IF-ветки проверяют рабочие часы (09:00–18:00 МСК): днём сообщения летят прямиком, ночью падают в Delayed_Messages. Поток завернут в ACID-транзакции MySQL, поэтому «битых» строк не бывает. Asyncio-очередь и periodic_chat_check обходят REST-polling, экономя ресурсы железа.

It's awesome for all the little things, that doesn't quite fit a CI/CD pipeline, and you don't necessarily have a native integration for, a few examples I've setup in the last sprint:
- GChat Bot: Notify of pull-requests, sends card with link to Jira Work-Item, GitHub PR and service docs in Notion (it's a pretty card :3)
- GChat Bot: Bi-weekly retro-prep, that reminds developers a day before, and asks for input before the session
- Gchat Bot: Reminder before sprint review to go over your Work-Item's (with links to the WI's that are not set as "done")
- Notion x GCal: To help plan 1:1's with notes, and a few different team meetings
Once we've migrated CI's, I hope to setup some new ones to ping the PO & UX people once new test environments go live.
I have so many more ideas :neocat_aww:
Tempted to try to make one using AI to summarize the work done during the sprint, as a way to save myself from that ~1h or so of writing work for the leadership team every sprint :legothink:
On on side: I should maybe not be trusted with full autonomy for tech choices
