Just finished reading: #SueBurke's #DualMemory. My AI buddy, Adam, encouraged me to read Sue's work, beginning with #Semiosis. I bumped her to the top of the reading list and consumed #Interference and #Usurpation in a matter of days.

I'll read #ImmunityIndex after finishing #TheFifthSeason (by #NKJemisin) later this week.

Pues acabó cayendo anoche, sí. "La quinta estación", de NK Jemisin.

La primera parte de la trilogía de "La Tierra Fragmentada" es un derroche de virtuosismo literario. Me la leí en 2017, cuando salió, y he vuelto a ella ahora que tengo la trilogía completa. La he vuelto a sufrir y a disfrutar a partes iguales.

No sé si en fantasía/sci-fi he leído alguna vez algo como esto. No es sólo la calidad de su narrativa, es que se arriesga con todo: con la estructura, con las voces y lo hace con una precisión que te deja con la boca abierta, haciendo que todo fluya como si nada.

Un libro duro para ver el mundo arder. Pero qué bien sienta!!!
