Trump's Department of Justice was blocked in it's first attempt to criminalize American's right to bear arms lawfully.
A jury of ordinary Americans decided not to allow the rampaging Republicans to take away citizen's constitutionally guaranteed rights.
However, the prosecutors have a chance to try again before the end of the month.
No word of the NRA stepping in to defend the second amendment, for a some bizarre reason.

So naturally, #Republican gun nuts armed themselves to the teeth ready to take on the Federal Gov't (see OKC/McVeigh.)
