In accordance with the recommendations from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UD), NTNU strongly recommends that NTNU students who are outside Norway return home. This applies especially if you are staying in a country with poorly developed health services and infrastructure and/or collective infrastructure, for example the USA. The same applies if you do not have health insurance.

Dude fra folka som kaller seg Ny Urbanisme har rotet sammen juggelbygning vha. noe KI-greier. Bygningene som er generert er såpass høye at de dekker hovedbygningen som de ønsker å etterligne.

Selvsagt er det en IT-fyr som gjør dette. Fagkunnskap og håndverk er _egentlig_ ikke så viktig for disse folka.

Back to my #android ( #grapheneos ) phone after another week with the #sailfishos C2. Defeat. Most things work now well enough on the C2. But my employer #ntnu is locked into the Microsoft ecosystem and has disabled mobile access to email and calendar from outside Outlook. Not being able to ckeck my work email and appointments everywhere and at any time is super-stressful for me. Guess it's a control thing. But I will try again!

Det har vorte utvikla ein forretningsidé ved #NTNU som går ut på å selje kakeboksar med assorterte smultringhol til dei tilsette. Eller «campusprosjektet», som det heiter. Det er jo implementert med eit meir innovativt namn enn «luftslottet». Men eit slott er det. Det skal til og med ha ein garderobe der keisaren kan ta på seg dei nye kleda sine. 🧵

Came to visit Lucky Bookstore - 師大書苑 beside National Taiwan Normal University today!

Very nice place filled with awesome textbooks! I bought a bunch of graded readers, grammar textbooks and some flashcarda that my mom chose for my brother.

Overall a very nice place, sadly, I couldn't speak in Taiwanese Mandarin so I can't talk to the shopkeepers much 😅

Hoprfully to one day revisit this plsce as an NTNU student!

QS recently published World University Rankings 2026. I was glad to see that Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) holds the 267th position globally, maintaining a similar spot as last year (264). But more importantly, the university received a sustainability score of 80.3, which is the highest among all universities in Norway.
