Yup.
The extra hour of sleep tonight was nice… but this back and forth needs to end. It is unhealthy, even dangerous. Now that we are again in line with the sun on Standard time we need to return to this natural circadian rhythm permanently. No more changes. This is it.

Jag känner som du. Arbetet att upprepa fakta för att få folk att förstå är tröttsamt men viktigt. Sommaren varar ju inte året om, det borde refereras som Daylight Saving Time, DST och inget annat.
