Don't quite agree with the sail plan, Bob Baker apparently was content with 4% lead under working sail. Skeene puts the average for cruisers at 6, other sources go as far as 10.

Lead: Distance between the area centoids of sails and lateral plan per waterline length. Traditional method to achieve a balanced helm, ie slight weather helm.

Above all manner of lightwind sails: flying jib, gaff topsail on the main, and even a large fisherman. Three area centoid points are shown and labeled: "working sail", "full sail", and "all the bedsheets". Below water is the center of the lateral plan, roughly halfway along the design waterline. The sail area centers are slightly forward.

Turns out I can still #NavalArchitecture! Fair enough to proceed, displacement is 4% off nominal.

Couple ripples in the aft body, but I'm not modelling the stern in #DelftShip. Fairing a single curved surface in a hull modeller is just needlessly choosing violence, the surface definition would have to be massively overcomplex to fit seamlessly to the necessarily complex hull. Much easier to build that in a vanilla CAD and trim. :blobcatgoogly:
