In the mountains of Crete, herbs for Malotira tea are discovered that only grow at an altitude of 1800 meters. The painter Angelos Spartalis not only creates oil paintings, but also works with film and ceramics. In the traditional pottery village of Margarites, Crete’s clay is potted and fired, just as the Cretans have been doing since Minoan times. Georgia Dagaki plays rock music with a lyre, an ancient instrument that was previously reserved for men on Crete. The documentary by Lourdes Picareta has the original title „Crete with all senses“.
