Wenn man verkehrsinfos benötigt muss es aber wohl kommerziell werden. Das gute alte #tomtom aus den #Niederlanden kostet um die 20€ pro Jahr und bietet neben #offlineNavigation eben auch verkehrsinfos (und blitzerwarnungen).
Aber ja, ein #Smartphone benötigt man für alle 3.
