A white faced gray-bodied bird is all snuggled up and pushing his sweet head into the side of a small green lovebird. His eye is slitted mostly closed in anticipation of preening pleasure. These are Boobear the 27-year-old white-faced Cockatiel and Nyota the Hurricane Isaac (2012) rescue Peach-faced Lovebird-- her face is not peach, just her boop spot is, because she's also a domestic bred mutation.
