**Help!** Ich benötige ein paar Ideen von Euch zum Thema #OpenSpace oder #OpenSpaceAgility

Ich möchte in einer relativ kleinen Gruppe (ca. 13 Leute) einen Open Space Workshop durchführen. Mein Wunsch ist es, die Arbeitsergebnisse (Proceedings) möglichst optimal auszuwerten.

Dazu ist meine Idee, dass die Gruppe selbstorganisiert jede Session in einem Flipchart dokumentiert. Das Flipchart enthält folgende Rubriken:

- Thema
- Teilnehmer
- Inhalte
- Offene Fragen… (1/3)

Just saw a post somewhere suggesting that the opposite of "incremental change" is "throwing everything overboard."
That is completely false. When conditions have changed, then there is nothing more conservative & conserving than "transformational change"!
