@VonStargrove @jimkats It's because pavements/sidewalks are mapped in that area. By convention they are not named, so the routing engine(s) describe them as "unnamed".

Separately mapped pavements MAY help routing for wheelchair users or the partially sighted, but they do have distinct disadvantages: one of which you have found.

Note routing on the OSM website is provided by third-parties, and is not necessarily the most sophisticated routing using #OpenStreetMap data.

I installed @CoMaps earlier and transferred my bookmarks from @organicmaps. It was unsurprisingly seamless given the apps' shared codebase. CoMaps' slightly different map color scheme threw me off just a li'l bit though. 🗺

Is there a way it tool to use shapefiles to update the #openstreetmap ? I have some channel extracted from a DEM I want to add to a woodland.

Beim Durchstreifen von #openstreetmap nach Hinweisen, die ich von zuhause aus erledigen kann fand ich diesen: https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/4148458

Chronik:
MRZ 24: "hier soll es seit 10 Monaten ne Brücke geben"
SEP 24: "ich seh keine, soll wohl in 3 Monaten fertig sein"
MAI 25: "Bauarbeiten haben noch nicht begonnen"

Also dafür dass im Mai 2023 ne Brücke gebaut sein soll finde ich zwei Jahre später noch nicht begonnen zu haben ääh ambitioniert 😂
Mal gucken ob sie's noch schaffen bis Mai 23 oder Dez 24
