On the subject of email... This rule (attached screenshot) is how I keep my inbox manageable. Anything left in the inbox afterwards is moved to the Archive folder as soon as it's dealt with. Anything irrelevant is deleted.

I picked up that tip from Kevin Stratvert's video below, and it has helped me to achieve #ZeroInbox 📧

Outlook rule: If a message arrives in my inbox, move the message to folder "Archive", except when my name is in the To or CC box.
