Natürlich eignen sich Toots mit 1024 Zeichen nicht für tiefschürfende Erörterungen. Wer lange Artikel schreiben will, wählt andere Medien. Ich habe durchaus durch "soziale" Medien Links auf derartige Artikel und andere "Schätze" bekommen.

Unter den Schätzen war der #pkmsummit24 in Utrecht, der mich zum Thema #pkm enorm weitergebracht hat. Außerdem hatte ich dort zahlreiche inspirierende "Echtwelt-Begegnungen". Ich freue mich schon auf den #pkmsummit26.

Zurück zu den komplexen, lang zu erörternden Themen: Ich sehe Mastodon eher als Plattform für "Gespräche" als als "Zeitung". In einem guten Dialog redet typischerweise ein Partner auch nicht "ewig". 1024 Zeichen sind vielleicht gar nicht so weit von der Länge eines üblichen Beitrags in einer "echten" Diskussion. (Ich habe keine Daten dazu.)

My journey with #obsidian is just about to cross the two-year mark: I started my “Evaluate Obsidian” project on Nov 10, 2023 after I encountered a “block limit” with my previously preferred note-taking app, Craft.

I’m just about to embark on a new “quantified self” chapter by building some data visualizations like burn-down charts for projects and scatterplots for weigh-ins and I’m seriously considering blogging about my experience.

I might do this for no other reason tha simply sharing the joy of that discovery with others. But I’m curious: is that anything that anybody would be interested in reading?
